Civil society can certainly offer the needed and suitable opportunities that make citizens active contributors to democratic transition
This project was launched in January 2017. Its main objective is to strengthen the role of civil society in empowering young women in the social and political spheres. This objective can be reached by reinforcing these women’s capacities as well as their roles in society.
This project provides participants with a number of seminars and workshops. The latter are rich in theory and practice,and they prepare participants for the field work that OVC organizes. The project is finalized with the creation of a report that presents a critical view of the situation of women in South East Tunisia.
This project seeks active women who aspire to strengthen the notion of effective citizenship that contributes to a well-established democracy. These women should have willingness to run for leading positions in politics or civil society.
