Will and Citizenship Organization (OVC) is a youth-led NGO that was created in May 2012, and granted a visa on June 5th, 2012. The OVC is an association located in the South East of Tunisia, Gabes but has a regional geographical reach, specifically the region of the South of Tunisia. The NGO has been working on: • Defending and promoting Human Rights and the citizenship values through conducting training workshops for young CSOs activists. • Launching training workshops for elections observers. • Supporting democratic transition in Tunisia through empowering candidates and elected officials of local government and ARP members. • Advocating for Citizenship, Human Rights, Environmental issues, OpenGov, transparency and corruption through offline and online grassroot movements. • Empowering marginalized youth and women in urban rural areas
